Booking Conditions

Services are booked upon customer's registration on the site. It requires filling a correspondent form reflecting customer's specific wishes.

Upon registration you will get an automatic booking confirmation to your e-mail.

Order Payment

Booking is made only with credit cards of the bank card association (Visa, MC, DinersClub International, JCB International).

After you have booked a room in our hotel, a pre-authorization of your credit card shall be performed. An amount 1,000 of shall be charged off your account as a deposit.

Upon hotel accommodation the amount written off as a deposit shall be included into residence cost and you pay only for difference.

Change of Order

You can change the details of your order within one day before the booked date, provided rooms are available. Changes are made after customer's registration on the personal page, access whereto the customer gets by entering his/her e-mail and login, specified at the time of ordering.

Cancellation Conditions

In case of a failure to check-in or booking waiver less than one day prior to the booked date, the amount written off as a deposit is not subject to refund.

Should cancellation or booking waiver be promptly effected, the amount written off as a deposit is subject to refund to the customer's account.

Note

Settlements via bank cards shall be effected by data transfer to the site of Assist payment system (www.assist.ru). The security of payments in the Assist system is ensured by SSL protocol for transfer of confidential information from the customer to the payment system server for further processing. Further information is transferred through close banking networks with top-level security. Collection and processing of customer's confidential information (card details, registration data etc.) shall be performed at the processing center. Therefore, Vega Hotel complex does not receive customer's personal information, bank card details and others information, including information about customer's purchases, made in other stores.
